Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Domestic (Canada)
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International
International orders ship via standard international mail and typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Note: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of print-on-demand and custom merchandise, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
To initiate a claim, email us at contact@hollywolf.ca with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Order Issues
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you still have concerns, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
